J.B., wonder if you noticed area 4, station G in New Orleans is still 
sending reverse tones? Can't decode that with SeaTTY unless I'm on hand 
to switch to reverse tones like I did again this morning for the 1300Z 
transmission window. Maybe commercial software is smart enough to try 
both senses and discover the correct one. Or perhaps stations in the 
Gulf only care about one source. Otherwise I better contact USCG and 
tell them their transmitter is messed up (again!).
