So far, only decodes of WE2XEB.  As you see in the screen capture at:

there was no way NOT to decode it!  It would have been reliable QRSS3 copy 
for the 0115 segment on 137.610, and decent audible copy for the 0145 
segment on 137.612 (over 3 dB stronger), with the occasional static crash.

In between, there was a consistent hump in the panoramic display at 137.611 
and a vertical smudge on the waterfall at the same frequency, but no decode. 
I'll keep watching a few hours longer.
