[Lowfer] SIW reception

Jay, thanks for the nice capture of my lowfer. I was monitoring 518 kHz 
Navtex and 474.2 kHz WSPR last night but the PC for the former locked up 
so I looked at the watering hole as sunrise neared after rebooting. 
Noticed SJ coming in as well as ever this season, good copy at QRSS20 
bandwidth and even visible with QRSS3 bandwidth. That's consistent with 
the good conditions you reported. But although pieces of TAG came 
through at QRSS20, I didn't get a full call sign this time. SJ is 1288 
km but TAG is much farther at 1470 km.
