[Lowfer] LF signals over night

Didn't notice DK7FC QRV last night so initially monitored 518 kHz
Navtex. Propagation was best to the east as it has been here for several
days, but some messages from west coast stations Q and W did get
through. Was surprised to see area 4, station V decoding two messages in
French (VE02 at 0736Z followed by VE03 at 0740Z). They were supposed to
be sent on 490 kHz. Next Navtex screwup was area 4, station G getting
stuck sending idle tones for quite awhile after message GA06 at 0922Z.
Don't know how this happens but it's not the first time.

While waiting for G to shut up, tuned in 350 kHz and found NY weak from
BC but DF strong from NL. Switched to DGPS and found Cape Ray, NL coming
in well on 288 kHz. That confirmed that propagation East was better than
West even so late at night. But when 302 kHz was monitored it became
clear that the best propagation was South since the 200 baud signal from
Miraflores, Panama decoded with both MultiPSK and DSCdecoder software.
