[Lowfer] 518 kHz Navtex

Since DK7FC was coming in so well from the East it's not surprising that 
Greenland, area 4, station M decoded. 3 messages were copied at 
10:00:45, MB24; 10:01:35, MC18; and 10:02:12, ME90. The good conditions 
didn't last though as monitoring the lowfer watering hole after that 
didn't show any signals other than my local beacon.
