Imagine you must be using an elevated / tuned counterpoise to get 11 ohms total R. I'd be interested
in hearing those details. The best I can manage here (137 kHz) with a 90' vertical, two 50' and two
100+' top loading wires, and 1000' of chicken wire ground screen is about 14 ohms on a cold night.
