[Lowfer] DK7FC

[Garry Hess]

Bits of signal from DK7FC on 136.172 kHz DFCW were seen all night, 
beginning around 0300Z. A nice peak as Stefan's sunrise neared yielded 
the full call. This peak was also picked up by Jay, KA9CFD. Some signal 
was seen even a bit after sunrise.
