That's the part we can help with.  The page we provide simply points to 
Dropbox or wherever else you host the captured image, and refreshes itself 
however often you plan to upload a capture.  All you need to do is tell me 
in an email the URL you will be using for all images, whatever text you want 
on the page, and attach any permanent graphics you'd like to use...a photo 
of your antenna or receive setup, a background image, etc, if you want any 
of that sort of thing.  I'll be headed out to look for Pat's signal after 
lunch, but I'll take a break to return and check mail sometime during the 
afternoon.
