[Lowfer] WG2XLP QRSS60 137775.2 H

Interesting as I am just barely getting a trace here in western IL. Someone 
keyed a transmitter around 137777.5 for about 10 min. starting at 1720z that 
was audible in the receiver here. MP still going strong.
