[Lowfer] XRS/4 in DN40

XRS/4 visible in the Salt Lake area with reasonable signals this evening 
until about 0512z when everything past the last dit of the "R" was 
seen.  The first hints of XRS/4 became visible at just after 0000z.

During the previous day (1/8 UTC) the signals appeared at about the same 
time (0000z) but it also appeared as though the transmissions stopped 
abruptly sometime after 0700z.

On a previous morning (Jan 4) at around 1145z another signal appeared at 
about 74.3224 kHz, signing what appeared to be "XSH" - which doesn't 
really make much sense.  That capture can be seen here:
