Eric,

Still not copying much but it's definitely better at rate 5 than 11. I 
was originally running just MultiPSK 4.25.1 but now am also running 
F1digi 3.20.18. Even though the latter code is old and perhaps out of 
date, it's doing a better job at decoding your message. That may be 
because I haven't figured out how to disable AFC in MultiPSK. I have the 
squelch set at the minimum setting of 1 in MultiPSK so not too much 
garbage gets through. On F1digi I purposely lowered the squelch so it 
wouldn't activate often. That results in somewhat more garbage 
characters as currently set but more correct characters too.
