[Lowfer] Lowfer SIW freq/mode shift

Today warmed up to about -2F at the time lowfer SIW shifted from slash 
code on 185.185 kHz to QRSS30/60 on 185.2993 kHz. The OCXO warmup time 
is very apparent. Can only guess how long it took to stabilize yesterday 
when the switch occurred at -17F. The ghost images are presumably due to 
strong-signal resampling differences among the SDR-IQ, virtual audio 
channel, and perhaps ARGO.
