[Lowfer] DK7FC in EN90xn

Mike, I saw some signal from Stefan (C followed by DK) when I first 
looked around 0100Z. Probably should have looked sooner but Jay's 
grabber showed the signal fading so I stayed with Wolf up the band. Also 
saw bits of the signal around  0430Z. With ARGO at QRSS60 it takes 6720 
seconds to fill the screen and in the attached captures the time quoted 
is for the end (far right).
