Easy copy here at the moment. It's not even that cold (4F), just still 
snowing and blowing.

If you use the Wolf GUI and access the "Special" tab you can check "Show 
time of day in each decoded line". That eliminates the need to add the 
seconds to the frame starting time to get the actual time of decode. If 
your PC clock isn't set to GMT you can made the GUI display GMT with the 
-ut option.
