WOLF eludes me.
I've successfully received part 15 Lowfer signals from hundreds of miles
away using QRSS. I have decoded DK7FC using WSPR-15 and even WSPR-2. I have
also successfully received several other transatlantic LF QRSS signals.
I've even managed to receive some text from Jay using JASON mode.
I have yet to decode anything with WOLF
