[Lowfer] WD2XNS mid day WOLF mode transmission

Jay and others, ok I guess it wasn't the narrow filter then. That just
leaves the sound card, since I know I can copy your signals with QRSS and
WSPR.

Don't bother transmitting on my account. I'll need to get my sound card
properly calibrated before I try again.
