[Lowfer] 518 kHz Navtex

Rather unimpressive signals here over night on 518 kHz Navtex. But a 
pleasant surprise were decodes from CURACAO, area 4, letter H at 0114 
and 0914Z, thanks to station 4G not being as long-winded as usual. The 
only west coast station that came through was 12W in Astoria, OR. It 
will be interesting to see if signals peak up as the temperature falls 
to -17F tonight as predicted.
