[Lowfer] Unident on Westcoast

Last night's traces showed several signals here in DN40:

- An intermittently visible signal at around 779.8 here in DN40 that 
showed up now and then between 0300 and 1100z.  About all that I have 
been able to spot was "WD2" (I think) and bits and pieces of letters 
from then on.

- A signal that at around 0300 was at approximately 281.0 but had 
wandered down to 280.4 by 1100z.  It's even spottier than the signal at 
779.8 with nothing that is readily identifiable.
