[Lowfer] WD2XNS mid day WOLF mode transmission

WD2XNS will be transmitting in WOLF mode from ~ 1600 - 1800Z on 136.800 kHz. Decoding software can 
be found at
http://www.qsl.net/d/dl4yhf/wolf/index.html . Those new to this mode should note that accurate sound 
card calibration is required for optimum weak signal performance. Reports from hither and yon 
appreciated.
