[Lowfer] Morning lowfers

[Garry Hess]

Lowfers MP, EAR, and MLS have survived the frigid overnight temperatures 
and snow and are coming in fine to NE IL in the daytime via groundwave. 
Don't know the conditions there but here the morning low was -13F with 
over a foot of snow so glad the outdoor electronics is still functional.
