[Lowfer] JJY 40 kHz in CT

It's that time of year ... propagation peak near sunrise coincides with JJY's CW ID at 11:45:40 Z. 
JA is probably the most difficult path here on 'VLF'. NWC Australia 19.2 kHz is a regular throughout 
most mornings and VTX4 India 19.2 kHz shows up regularly around dusk and dawn. As found in previous 
years, there seems to be only a fairly narrow window to JA around sunrise here.
