Garry;
This vlf freq is going to be a challenge.  Running 400 watts RF but can't crank any more till get a bigger mica cap for PA.  Maybe get another 3 db as looks like can go to 600-800 watts before corona steps in.  Even now at 400 pull 2 to 3 inch flame off ant!!!
90' vertical not much on 10,000 meters!  A quarter wave vertical would be a mile and a half high almost!
Will be going to QRSS 120 later-that might help-Bob

Bob, I'm seeing your signal weakly via ground wave. Hope to do better 
tonight. The frequency is right on but Windows 7 messes up the ARGO 
frequency scale when I focus on other windows and then return. Yet 
another "improvement" over XP, which I've never seen do that.
