[Lowfer] Solid TAG copy in en90xn

Hello John:  I have determined that the salvaged surpluis xtal heater I have 
in the HD-1420 VLF converter is not quite up to the task. Having a 125000btu 
furnance 5ft away from the radio bench does not help the frequency stability 
situation, but it does help manage the humidity environment.....

I did some spot checking along the TAG traces and the best level was -41.2, 
about 20 dB above the peak background noise.  Nice to see your TAG lowfer 
leave SJ in the dust for a change :).....
