[Lowfer] No Navtex DX of late

The T-A and T-C conditions of earlier in the week seemed to have dried up for me.
Looking at the Navtex logs submitted from Europe and the UK listeners shows they
too are not getting many T-A the last few nights.  Here's my overnight YaND log for
the 20-21 February.  Note that "locals" Bermuda, Boston, Sydney and Thunder Bay
are all absent:
