[Lowfer] Lowfers over night

At the watering hole, lowfer SJ was good as local sunrise neared, but
TAG was only evident by traces. Lowfer WI was also good.

NDB monitoring produced good signals at times from all directions: DF on
350 kHz from NL to the East, YPH on 396 kHz from NU to the North,
several Cuban and Columbian stations from the South; and MOG and FCH in
CA from the West.

Occasionally tuned for 518 kHz Navtex but no T/A here. Did copy the 3
West Coast stations (C in San Francisco, Q in Long Beach, and W in
Astoria, OR) fine as usual.

Yes, SeaTTY is the best software for decoding such signals, but it's not
freeware.
