[Lowfer] LWBC good, T-A Navtex bad

J.B. I found European signals good as evening began but they rather
abruptly crashed after a 0200Z wsprx-15 decode of DK7FC on 136 kHz. Jay
and Mike continued to report decodes but here I couldn't even detect the
signal on the waterfall and pulsed RTTY disappeared from HGA22.

While conditions were good to the East I monitored NDBs during the 15
minute off periods of DK7FC and came up with a new one in VT: DYO on 221
kHz. Later went to the lowfer watering hole and found bits of TAG around
0430Z with an eprobe, then somewhat better as local sunrise approached
with a loop.
