[Lowfer] RFI 162 kHz & short vid clips last nite...

Mark: I was setting uo for JAM late last Fri or Sat nite on 187.015 and 
heard Iceland BC audio modultion appear in my narrow CW filte rather 
robustly at 0800 UTC sharp. They must be off air in the 0700 hour and start 
back up at 0800....I would bet a west coast station at the right latitude 
could hear them on a good nite....
