Garry & All: I seemed to have the LF pipeline to EU last nite. At one point
RFI on 162 was almost S9+30, BBC R4 was Q5, 171, 183, 189 were all strong.
Q4 to Q5 audio heard on 153, 234, 252.....at one point RFI on 162 was
audible on my Benmar 555 in the basement with it's RDF mag loop broadside
NE....LWBC signal strength closely followed solar x-ray flare levels all
evening....

Serios QRM from a local CFL source in the 0000 ~ 0130 interval and 0500 0630
interval, and the 0700 sequence, else
I likely could have copied those as well.
Went to WSPR2 at 0700 to attempt copy of XIQ and XXM but the frequency was
unusable due to the local CFL interference which also had wide phase noise
products in addition to a wandering carrier..... likely those phase noise
products hurting WSPR15 performance as well, although not as obvious on the
waterfall compared to WSPR2
No trace of "NM" in the 0630 interval, even though it seemed probable to
potentially here him as well siince DK7FC was -30 at the time
Even so, most captures ever here for one evening on DK7FC.... I tightened up
a ground connection on the EWE antenna and cleaned both ends of the wire
connects, but that apparently had little to do with the EU pipeline LW
propagation last night.
