[Lowfer] Navtex DX - lots of DX!

The conditions on 518 kHz. were very favourable for logging some DX transmissions.
A late evening appearance of Iceland and Ireland were nice surprise additions, along
with Niton for the third night in a row.  Puerto Rico finally showed a good decode that
I hadn't had in weeks.  San Francisco was another new entry from the west coast.
YaND filter was set to exclude stations of less than 3,000 km.
