[Lowfer] DK7FC wspr15 Surprise

Hi All: Just got in and had the FT-817 with the TCXO on for a total of 5 
minutes before the start of the 0230 sequence.....

First time I can recall a -41 SNR ....with nearby local (?) QRN to 
boot.....-39's I've had several B4....
