[Lowfer] 162 khz Radio France

I decided to come out of the woodwork after all.  I saw the carrier last
night at 162 and thank you Mark for pointing it out.   It was a strong
signal, but it also sounded overmodulated here, breaking up in spite of the
strength. I could not positively identify it as Radio France, which is why
I held back on reporting back earlier.
Using R-5000 and K8ZOA Clifton Labs active antenna.
