Mark; That is within a Hz +/- of where I also see what I have thought to be Lee's signal..
At best, I usually only get 1 very grainy ( weak ) " J " in the early morning before my sunrise..

 And a POSSIBLE reception of the elusive JAM this morning
 around 4 am MST for your consideration.  Can't claim with
 certainty it's JAM, unfortunately.  I monitor for JAM
 frequently, and will often see bits and pieces at this
 frequency.   This is the best I've seen so far this season
 there.
