Temperatures fell to well below zero again over night and propagation to 
the West was much improved, though still not great. Decoded all 3 US 
area 12 west coast stations (C, Q, and W) and got some text from Tofino, 
BC as well. Area 4 station R in Puerto Rico is still absent but Bermuda 
is doing well, as are stations X in Labrador and M in Greenland. Station 
G in New Orleans continues to broadcast a very lengthy string of 14 
messages.
