J.B., interesting that area 12 station Q is decoding now, but earlier in 
the LF listening season it was station W that was coming in best. 
Meanwhile, the distant stations to the SE have continued decoding fine 
here: area 4 stations B, Bermuda; H, Curacao; and R, Puerto Rico. The 
noise floor here has been fine, it's just signal power that's lacking.
