[Lowfer] SAQ Conditions?

How are folks back east finding the band tonight?  Storm static doesn't make 
it look too promising here in the middle of the country, although it might 
be a different matter if I had a loop...looks like most of the lightning 
would be in or near the right hand null from here.

Secondarily, around the time the transmission should start, we are expecting 
light rain transitioning into snow before daybreak.  I don't think it'll 
keep me from getting into the field, but I may not want to linger for an 
all-night session.  The temperature will be hovering around freezing the 
whole time anyway.
