[Lowfer] Lowfer wet vs dry conditions

So here at the JAM ranch it is a 6800 ft residential lot. The JAM 
antenna smack in the middle with guy ropes extending toward
the 4 corners. Elevated coil near the roof line to minimize coupling to 
walls, bath tube's, plumbing etc. I have noted after multiple
years there is a wet tuning vs a dry tuning. I have tried to explain 
this but have never got good explanation So my question to the
Lowfer mind trust is "What's The Deal" [Seinfeld Comedians in Cars 
Getting Coffee ref]. Its about 75 to 100 ma difference lower
on my relative current meter reading. Of course when the roof dries it 
increases. But it also increases current as the soil dries
over a week or two. Thanks to all who cogitate on this.
