[Lowfer] SIW mid day in EN90xn

Mike, don't see what seems like a significant X-ray flare around 1500Z 
at www.n3kl.org/sun/noaa.html, but something's up because traces of 
lowfer SJ came through from 1288 km!

Meanwhile I had to squint to make out lowfer WM. Must have failed or is 
down for testing at the moment.
