Maybe.

There is a carrier visible on 24.1 but at considerably lower power level 
than I would expect to see NAA. Jay pointed it out in one of his screen 
grabs and I can see it on my grabber too.

Perhaps it is just NAA marking (or spacing) on 24.1 at a much reduced 
power level while they are doing their maintenance.
