[Lowfer] Tacamo 17.8 kHz

Went back thru the snaps here Jay and no sign of it over here - the weak signal on 17.8kHz starting at 1232z can be seen on both our screens (who was that?) but no later Tac here - must have been close to you or have done a lot of beamforming or other form of RF skullduggery.
 
Snaps aren't exactly time or spectrum balanced but close enough
