[Lowfer] VLF spectrum

Garry: Interesting observation as 18.3kHz is robust here as well but I have
never copied the 19.8 Australia station. I do occassionally copy the 19.6
kHz station when the local 19~20kHz wall warts are not doing their choir
practice.... No copy on the 26kHz 4X4 here in EN90xn...
Slowly making progress on new transformers for the LF EWE antenna. A
new binocular core 75 to 50 ohm isolation xfmr made from (8) FT50-75 cores
(16T/13T) is showing just over .1 dB insertion loss at 8820Hz (after
deducting cable loss) which is for in-shack CM isolation .. .14 dB at 137
and 185 and .18 dB insertion loss at 475 kHz rising to .23 dB at 2.0MHz.
Sun/Mon I may have a set of appropriate 10:1 antenna transformers ready to
be usable at 8820Hz and 17.2kHz...
