[Lowfer] 8822 Hz, one more night

Dex, thanks for putting out your 8822 Hz signal for so many hours. Last 
night was poorest copy of all 3 times I looked. Best I could do was 
identify a spectral spike around 2300Z to 0400Z. With such a narrow 
receive bandwidth the delay between PC clock and waterfall time is over 
2 hours.

Conditions to the South were good up in the NDB bands. GPI, Columbia on 
309 kHz was strong on both USB and LSB. DGPS Miraflores, Panama on 302 
kHz was also strong and decoded well. At the lowfer watering hole SJ 
came in decently with a steady frequency, but only got traces of TAG and 
hints of WM.
