Jay, from the .usr file you sent I saw how easy it was to crank down the
Spectrum Laboratory bandwidth. What finally worked for me was a
131k-sized FFT with decimation factor of 1536. That gives an FFT bin
width of 59.6 uHz and equivalent noise bandwidth of 81.06 uHz. The
maximum frequency range for such settings is only about 5 Hz to 9 Hz so
I tuned the SDR-IQ to 8815 Hz, lowered the 1 kHz pre-selector filter to
start at 0 Hz, and looked around 7 Hz for signals. Thanks to clocking
the sdr-iq externally with a GPS-referenced time base, the receive setup
was stable enough to give fairly narrow peaks for both W4DEX and my SLM
marker (thanks to you again for making those units available).
