[Lowfer] 8822 Hz on at 2200Z

So far I haven't had any luck receiving Dex's signal using my PC sound card
as the receiver, even though I'm able to see it every time using the G33DDC
SDR.

A couple of things could be going on:

(1) The MIC input of my sound card may not be as sensitive as the SDR. I
can see plenty of MSK stations, but they are several orders of magnitude
stronger than Dex's signal. On the other hand, I believe most of the
successful "Dreamer's Band" receptions in Europe have been made using the
sound card as a receiver, so I'm more inclined to believe my failure is
because of.....

(2) The sound card's calibration may be off enough that Dex's signal may be
outside the capture window, even on QRSS120. The SDR uses a USB input to
the PC, and "virtual" sound card software.
