[Lowfer] JAM

I believe its Friday thru Monday mornings and on holidays, when he is 
transmitting.  I have not looked for him for a couple of weeks. He has 
posted to the lowfer page in the past.  Conditions here in the suburbs 
has not been great but the first time I looked for him this year he was 
on and was seeing traces of his signal.  Though I am a lot closer than 
you are!
