[Lowfer] SIW in EM75xr

Propagation was not good at all last night.. This is the best copy of the night for SIW..
One good thing this morning.. I noticed the S-meter was very low, and figured something 
was wrong with tuning.. Turns out my 20 over 9 buzz went away.. I notified the Pwr. Co. 
about it on Thurs. with address'es I found.. Hopeing it's not just coincidence, and is
truly gone. 73 all : Andy - XR
