[Lowfer] EAR in CT

Been a while since I looked in on EAR. Captures consistent throughout the night at about 24 dB s/n 
in 28 mHz. For the most part there is little to no trace of EAR here during daylight hours. QRZ.com 
lists the path at 461.4 miles.
