[Lowfer] Another TAG at sunrise

[Andy - KU4XR via Lowfer]

What started last night as a Boom, ended shortly in a Bust.. Recent observations here 
are showing a nice pre/post sunset enhancement, better than the sunrise enhancement 
that I am used to.. TAG started showing fragmented copy at 4:30 am EST, peaking
at sunrise for a solid ID..
