[Lowfer] WH2XIL Digital Voice on 505kHz

Warren,

There's definitely something going on the background, but the level is 
way down, and you can't make any sense out of it. Have had some 7-8 dB 
SNR peaks, and everything looks OK on the screen above about 3 dB, but 
you just hear a sort of echoey babbling in the background. Dunno.
