[Lowfer] WH2XIL Digital Voice on 505kHz

Nothing here in southern Maine in mid-afternoon. Occasional voice-like 
sounds, but with vocoder technology, that's not unusual. If it's on 
tonight (with better signals), I'll give it another try.
