[Lowfer] Sound Card Question

Tnx Cliff,  I already have a Windows 7 machine (and a Windows 8 and 2 
Win XP machines.) Wanted to use the Vista tower as a 'beater' let it run 
continuously on WSPR or other modes until it burns out then off to 
recycling !
